Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or an item damaged in shipping, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Returned items must be packaged securely using the original packaging or equivalent protective packaging. We are not responsible for damage that occurs during return shipping due to improper packaging.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt until the return is fully processed.
Inspection and Approval
All returned items are inspected before a refund is issued.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or reduce the refund amount if the item is:

Electronic devices may have serial numbers recorded before shipment. Returned items must match the original item shipped.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% if the item has been opened, handled, tested, or returned in a condition requiring inspection, reconfiguration, repackaging, or replacement of packaging or accessories.
A restocking fee will not apply if the return is due to our error or a verified defective product.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return for the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Warranty and Support After 30 Days
Returns are only available during the 30-day return window.
After 30 days, product issues may be handled under any applicable warranty or support policy, if available. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, incorrect power supply, weather exposure, or use outside the intended purpose of the product.
