Field Fire provides electronic scoreboard, game-day display, audio, hype, and related control solutions. Products may include hardware, embedded software, browser-based control interfaces, accessories, documentation, updates, and optional services.

Product features may vary based on model, configuration, software version, network environment, display hardware, audio equipment, third-party services, and customer setup.

We may modify, improve, discontinue, or replace product features at any time.

3. Eligibility and Responsible Use

You must be at least 18 years old or have the authority of a parent, guardian, school, league, business, or organization to purchase and use our products.

You are responsible for making sure the product is used safely, lawfully, and appropriately for your intended environment.

You agree not to use our products or services for unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, infringing, or unsafe purposes.

4. Orders, Payments, and Availability

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Risk of loss passes to you once the product is delivered to the shipping address provided with your order, unless otherwise required by law.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

6. Returns and Refunds

Products sent back without prior return authorization may not be accepted.

Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified defective product.

7. Warranty

Unless expressly stated in a written warranty, our products are provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper installation, improper power supply, unauthorized modification, tampering, disassembly, weather exposure, water exposure, physical damage, network issues, third-party accessories, or use outside the intended purpose of the product.

You are responsible for properly installing, powering, mounting, connecting, and operating the product.

Our products may involve electronic components, displays, audio equipment, power supplies, cables, and network connections. Improper installation or use may result in product damage, property damage, injury, or unsafe conditions.

You agree to follow all provided instructions and use only compatible power supplies, cables, accessories, displays, speakers, and related equipment.

Field Fire is not responsible for damage, failure, or injury caused by improper installation, improper wiring, incorrect voltage, power surges, water exposure, outdoor exposure without proper protection, unauthorized modification, or use in unsafe environments.

9. Product Environment and Limitations

Product performance may depend on factors outside our control, including:

  • Internet availability

  • Local network quality

  • Wi-Fi signal strength

  • Display compatibility

  • Audio equipment compatibility

  • HDMI compatibility

  • Bluetooth performance

  • Power quality

  • User device compatibility

  • Browser compatibility

  • Third-party service availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, compatibility with every device, or availability of every feature in every environment.

10. Software License

Any software included with or used by the product is licensed, not sold.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software only with authorized Field Fire products and only for normal intended use.

You may not:

  • Copy, resell, redistribute, or sublicense the software

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

  • Modify the software except as expressly permitted

  • Use the software to build a competing product

12. Browser-Based Control and Local Network Use

You are responsible for securing your local network, devices, passwords, access points, and connected equipment.

Field Fire is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by weak passwords, shared networks, unsecured Wi-Fi, exposed ports, misconfigured routers, or customer network issues.

13. Third-Party Services and Integrations

Our products may reference, support, interact with, or be used alongside third-party services, platforms, apps, APIs, devices, or content providers.

Examples may include scoring apps, sports data sources, music services, streaming services, Bluetooth devices, speakers, displays, operating systems, web browsers, and other third-party tools.

Third-party services are not controlled by Field Fire. We are not responsible for third-party availability, accuracy, compatibility, licensing, pricing, restrictions, outages, API changes, terms, or content.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms, policies, licenses, and fees.

We do not guarantee that any third-party integration will remain available, compatible, approved, or supported.

14. Music, Audio, Logos, Names, and Other Content

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to use any music, sound effects, announcements, images, logos, team names, player names, player photos, league names, sponsor logos, trademarks, or other content used with the product.

Field Fire does not provide, grant, or guarantee rights to use copyrighted music, professional sports logos, league marks, school marks, team marks, player images, third-party branding, or other protected content.

You agree not to use the product in a way that infringes another party’s copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, licensing rights, or other legal rights.

If you use music, streaming services, walk-up songs, team logos, sponsor logos, or similar content, you are responsible for obtaining any required permissions, licenses, subscriptions, or approvals.

15. Youth Sports and Minor Information

Our products may be used in youth sports environments, but they are intended to be operated by adults, parents, coaches, schools, leagues, or authorized organizations.

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary parent, guardian, school, league, or organizational permission before entering, displaying, announcing, uploading, or using information related to minors.

This may include player names, photos, numbers, walk-up songs, voice announcements, team information, or other identifying details.

Do not use the product to collect, display, or share information about a child unless you have the legal right and proper authorization to do so.

16. No Affiliation With Third Parties

Unless expressly stated in writing, Field Fire is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any professional sports league, team, school, scoring platform, music service, streaming provider, equipment manufacturer, or other third-party brand.

Any third-party names, logos, trademarks, or references belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification or compatibility purposes where applicable.

17. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our products or services to:

  • Violate any law, rule, regulation, license, or third-party agreement

  • Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights

  • Harass, threaten, embarrass, or target any person

  • Display offensive, abusive, hateful, obscene, or unlawful content

  • Interfere with another user’s product or network

  • Attempt unauthorized access to any system, service, or device

  • Resell, duplicate, or commercially exploit our software without permission

  • Modify hardware or software in a way that creates unsafe conditions

  • Use the product as an emergency, life-safety, security, or critical communication system

18. Not a Life-Safety or Emergency System

Field Fire products are intended for game-day entertainment, scoreboard display, audio control, and related convenience features.

They are not designed or certified for emergency communications, life safety, security response, medical response, fire alarm, evacuation, severe weather alerting, law enforcement response, or other critical safety purposes.

You should not rely on the product as your only method of communication, scoring, public address, emergency alerting, or event management.

19. User Content

You retain ownership of content you provide, enter, upload, configure, or use with the product.

By using content with our products or services, you represent that you have the necessary rights to use that content.

You grant Field Fire a limited right to process, store, display, transmit, or use your content only as needed to provide, support, troubleshoot, improve, or operate the product or service.

We may remove, disable, or refuse content that we believe violates these Terms or applicable law.

20. Intellectual Property

All Field Fire names, branding, logos, designs, software, interfaces, graphics, product concepts, documentation, website content, and related materials are owned by Field Fire or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, display, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without our written permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of Field Fire intellectual property.

21. Feedback and Suggestions

If you provide ideas, suggestions, improvements, feature requests, or other feedback, you agree that we may use them without restriction or compensation.

You are not required to provide feedback, but if you do, you grant us the right to use it to improve our products and services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Field Fire will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

  • Event disruption

  • Game delays

  • Display failure

  • Audio failure

  • Network failure

  • Third-party service outages

  • Damage caused by improper installation or misuse

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or service will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Some states do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

25. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Field Fire, its owners, employees, contractors, partners, suppliers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • Your misuse of the product

  • Your violation of law

  • Your use of third-party content

  • Your use of music, logos, names, images, or protected materials

  • Your improper installation or modification of the product

  • Your violation of another person’s rights
