FieldFire Customer Portal
Customer ownership, connected
Meet the FieldFire Customer Portal.
The public store helps you choose FieldFire. The Cloudflare-hosted portal gives approved customers a secure place to enroll devices, understand access, and keep ownership tasks together after purchase.
What the portal does today
Devices
View claimed devices, status, hardware and software profile, last check-in, entitlements, and enabled secure control links.
Enrollment
Generate a one-use claim code and follow the device registration workflow for supported FieldFire hardware.
Licenses and upgrades
Review active plans and entitlements, then open approved Shopify purchase paths for hardware or licensing upgrades.
Firmware
See release versions, notes, hardware profiles, file sizes, SHA-256 checksums, and download links.
Help and support
Open setup, network, audio, matrix, firmware, and enrollment help, or submit an authenticated support request with device context.
Account and integrations
Review portal session scope plus the status of Shopify commerce and Cloudflare device-access wiring.
FieldFire licensing
Basic
Included with every enrolled device. Manual scoring, My Teams, rosters and lineups, player callouts, custom hype uploads, Hype Deck, and MLB Live.
Pro
Draft · about $15/month. Adds GameChanger and USSSA sync workflows, Spotify mixer and walk-up sync, and premium cloud device access.
ProMax
Draft · about $49/month after launch promo. Adds multi-device, marketing and digital-signage management paths, tournament sync, and bracket scoreboard availability.
Launch devices receive one year of ProMax after portal enrollment through a FieldFire Central license grant.
Pro and ProMax recurring checkout remains draft until billing setup, webhook verification, customer terms, and launch approval are complete.
Local control still matters
FieldFire devices keep local game-day control available on the local network. The portal adds ownership, entitlement, firmware, support, and enabled secure-access workflows; it does not replace the local scoring fallback.
Portal availability
Portal access is currently managed as a pilot. Features, device limits, secure remote access, and support scope vary by product, plan, and approved entitlement. The portal does not promise general fleet management, enterprise SLA, permanent remote administration, or unrestricted device access.
