FieldFire Portal

Current three-panel product proof

The FieldFire command board for teams and venues.

FieldFire Standard is the current real-hardware anchor of the product line: a continuous three-panel scoreboard that keeps team identity, live game context, audio, and visual hype in one readable game-day surface.

Built for

Travel teams, clubs, schools, scorer tables, sports bars, training facilities, tournament desks, and small venues that want more presence than a single panel.

Display and control format

  • Three 64 × 64 panels arranged as one continuous 192 × 64 canvas.
  • Team score cards, inning and base state, balls/strikes/outs, batter and pitcher context, pregame logo mode, final-score mode, and display-size-aware visual moments.
  • The product gallery includes real FieldFire Standard hardware photos plus current controller and feature screens.

The current FieldFire platform

  • Browser-based control: Run game day from a phone, tablet, or laptop on the same network.
  • Baseball-first scoring: Track score, inning, balls, strikes, outs, bases, batter, pitcher, pregame, and final states.
  • Supported live-source workflows: FieldFire Basic includes manual mode and MLB Live. GameChanger, USSSA, Spotify mixer, and premium cloud device access are supported through FieldFire Pro entitlements once the draft subscription path is activated.
  • Team identity: Save teams, colors, logos, rosters, and player-linked walk-up assignments.
  • Hype Deck: Upload MP3 cues, trigger walk-up, rally, crowd, scoring, defensive, and finale moments, and pair audio with display-size-aware visual moments.
  • Flexible outputs: FieldFire LED matrix layouts, browser scoreboard, HDMI or web display positioning, and audio-only cue control depending on the selected hardware.
  • Device tools: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, HDMI, audio output, matrix tests, health, logs, and system settings from the FieldFire interface.

Third-party names describe supported workflows only. FieldFire is not affiliated with or endorsed by MLB, GameChanger, or USSSA. Source access and availability can change.

Subscription licensing

  • FieldFire Basic — included with every enrolled device: manual baseball scoring, My Teams, rosters and lineups, player callouts, custom hype uploads, Hype Deck, and MLB Live.
  • FieldFire Pro — draft subscription at about $15/month: adds supported GameChanger and USSSA sync workflows, Spotify mixer and walk-up sync, and premium cloud device access.
  • FieldFire ProMax — draft subscription at about $49/month after the launch promotion: adds multi-device management, marketing and digital-signage management paths, tournament sync, and bracket scoreboard availability.

Launch offer: each newly enrolled launch device receives one year of ProMax through a FieldFire Central license grant after portal enrollment.

Pro and ProMax checkout remains draft until recurring billing, webhook verification, billing/cancellation terms, and launch approval are complete. The launch grant is tracked in FieldFire Central and is separate from a Shopify subscription contract.
