Add player names and numbers, then assign authorized local audio or a supported Apple Music or Spotify track.
Run walk-ups manually or connect a supported GameChanger account and select an available game.
Troubleshooting
Open the phone's audio controls and select the intended speaker, wired output, or phone speaker. Return to FieldFire Settings and run Check Output again. The app does not pair or reconnect Bluetooth devices.
Install and open Spotify once, confirm an eligible Spotify account, then choose Connect Spotify in FieldFire. Internet access and the production FieldFire Spotify client configuration are required.
Confirm the account email and password, complete any emailed verification code, then refresh games. A current or upcoming game must be available to the signed-in account.
Confirm that the selected game and imported team are correct, then match the player's roster name and number and assign walk-up audio. Unassigned players do not trigger a song.
Choose an audio file smaller than 50 MB and at least eight seconds long. The FieldFire app copies the selected file into app-local storage.
Sign in to the same Apple Account or Google Play account used to subscribe, then choose Restore purchases in FieldFire Settings. An Apple subscription does not transfer to Google Play, and a Google Play subscription does not transfer to Apple.
Open Manage subscription in FieldFire Settings or use your Apple or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel billing. Access continues through the store-reported expiration date.
Clear the GameChanger account and disconnect Spotify in Settings, remove roster entries you no longer need, and uninstall FieldFire to remove remaining app-local database and audio files. Apple Music authorization is managed by iOS. The app does not create a FieldFire cloud account.
